Gilberto (Beto) Garcia Jr. is a distinguished entrepreneur, medical doctor, and author who has made significant strides in the healthcare industry and beyond. Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Beto attended Texas A&M University, where he graduated in 1993 with a degree in Biomedical Science and went on to earn his Doctorate of Medicine in 2000 from the University of Nuevo Leon in Monterrey, Mexico. Beto became the Medical Services Head for the city of China, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, overseeing medical services for a community of 8,000 residents.
In 2005, Beto's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish St. Anthony's Home Healthcare Services, a Medicare Certified Home Health agency providing exceptional care to this day. In 2010 he founded Guardian eHealth Solutions, a pioneer in remote patient monitoring for chronically ill patients. He later expanded his range of services for Medicare beneficiaries by founding St. Anthony's Hospice. His forward-thinking approach led him into the Value-Based Medicine space in 2022, where he facilitated the valuation and acquisition of Family and Internal Medicine practices throughout Texas.

Donald D. Trexler, MBA, MHA has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Donald is currently serving as the President of New Markets and Chief Growth Officer at Chicago Pacific Founders Strategic Healthcare Investment Fund. Previously, they held the role of Chief Growth Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at MyCare Medical and P3 Health Partners. Prior to that, he was the Market President of JenCare Louisiana at ChenMed, where he managed the medical care of at-risk populations. Donald also served as the CEO of Acadia General Hospital and Cypress Pointe Surgical Hospital, successfully turning them around to become profitable. Donald has also held leadership positions at Baton Rouge Radiology Group, TAP Group, Southern California Orthopaedic Institute, Bienville Orthopedics, The Trover Clinic Foundation, and KPMG, where he provided strategic consulting services in the healthcare industry.
Donald D. During this time, he also obtained a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health.
Bill Curry, has three decades of entrepreneurial experience; founded 4 companies focused on various market segments including import / export logistics, outsourced manufacturing, FDA/USDA food process consulting and medical equipment. Mr. Curry studied at both Louisiana State University and University of New Orleans. In addition to Mr. Curry’s entrepreneurial experience, he has held executive positions at several population health management companies focused on acquisitions, integration and operational management. His entrepreneurial experience as well as his acquisition, integration and operational experience in both public and private sector companies brings both a tireless work ethic and operational excellence to Swiftfoot Logistics.
Andree Bahan, has two decades of experience in accounting and finance and currently serves as the Director of Finance for Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans LA. Bahan previously served as Director of Finance and Accounting for Marriott International, New Orleans. In years prior, Bahan served in numerous fiscal leadership positions including large markets such as Washington, D.C. Bahan began in the finance industry in college at Louisiana State University where she earned a Bachelor in Science in Finance followed by post-baccalaureate studies at University of New Orleans to qualify for the CPA exam. Her experience in both public and private accounting brings a wide perspective to the position at Swiftfoot Logistics.
